Tashii S. Brown
Police said Brown approached two officers inside the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. They allege that he was acting erratically and that he told officers someone was chasing him. He ran toward the back of the building and police followed. One officer tasered Brown when he reportedly tried to get into a nearby truck. He was punched multiple times and Officer Kenneth Lopera put him in a chokehold, killing him. A grand jury refused to indict.
