Michael Moore, an 18-year-old black man armed with a gun, was shot on June 13, 2016, in a vehicle in Mobile, Ala. A Mobile police officer stopped the car that Moore was driving. Police said that Moore got out of his vehicle and the officer believed he saw a gun in his waistband.
